School Vision Statement:
The staff at Foam Lake Elementary will:
- Facilitate the growth and development of all students through relevant curriculum and instruction.
- Create a learning environment and atmosphere in which all students are given the opportunity to achieve success.
- Develop each child's self-image and develop a good rapport between staff and students.
- Assist students in learning acceptable group behavior.
- Promote all aspects of the curriculum - arts education, physical education and technology literacy as well as the academic subjects.
- Emphasize the social development of the student is the responsibility of both the home and the school. There must be close communication between staff and parents to encourage students in the development of a positive attitude towards education.
